  • Seth Martinez

    Seth is a full time real estate investor and co-founder of Peoples Capital Group. He has been a business owner for over 20 years, which includes starting and selling a healthcare billing company from 2003 through 2009. In 2011 Seth relocated from NYC to New Jersey to begin a real estate investment company that specializes in helping people invest in real estate together. He currently manages a portfolio of 25+ million in Assets Under Management (AUM) and has helped more than 100 people invest in real estate.

  • Aaron Fragnito

    Aaron has been in Real Estate for over 10 years and has transacted over 250 real estate deals. He is a well known name in the Real Estate investment industry throughout New Jersey, beginning his career as a realtor and transitioning to the investment side in 2013. He now helps people get started and build their wealth in real estate investments. Aaron also hosts the New Jersey Real Estate Network (NJREN), the Cash Flow Podcast (YouTube) and educates younger generations as an adjunct professor at Rowan University.

The Business Model

The core business operations create passive income streams for people by investing in undervalued NJ apartment buildings with access to NYC. The properties are evaluated and cherry-picked through a proprietary method of advanced marketing and financial techniques and strong relationships within the real estate community.

Investments are syndicated. A group of people invests as an LLC member, and PCG assumes the management and mortgage risk with the bank.

​Dozens of properties get evaluated each month to assess long-term profitability, risk and optimal returns for their clients. PCG invests thousands of dollars and almost innumerable hours to find attractive real estate opportunities, which it shares with its clients.

Business Acumen

PCG’s reputation for sharp and aggressive business decisions keeps its Investor Community committed and re-investing. Every real estate opportunity has an exit strategy of 3-5 years, and every deal has a targeted return of at least 10%. Historically, 9 out of 10 PCG investors re-invest their capital at the end of each investment.

​PCG only manages PCG properties. Seth and Aaron are hyper-vigilant and laser-focused on managed risk and profit for their clients. They seek to understand each of their clients goals, needs and abilities and to provide the best real estate investment for each individual.  The company has a core group of 50+ investors and has decided to expand its network to help more people invest in real estate.

Business Reach

PCG maintains an active network of 10K-plus, including both real estate and non real estate professionals and other individuals who are interested in what real estate can afford them. The company aims to help as many people as possible within the limited real estate opportunities it has available.
