Peoples Capital Group (PCG) is owned and operated by Seth Martinez and Aaron Fragnito. They founded the company in 2013 to help more people invest in real estate and become less reliant on the stock market. Seth manages the daily operations; Aaron manages the branding and client relations.

Aaron holds a B.S. in Entrepreneurship. 

Seth is a full time real estate investor with almost 20 years of business experience. He has devoted his time in the Real Estate and Healthcare Industries. In 2003 Seth co-founded a medical billing company in the heart of Manhattan, procuring more than 200 healthcare providers. After selling the company in 2009, he moved to New Jersey and began a real estate investment company that helps people invest in real estate together. He currently manages a portfolio of over 100 rental units with plans to grow into numerous Class B locations in the coming years.

Aaron has been helping people invest in Real Estate for over 10 years. He is a Co-Founder of Peoples Capital Group (PCG) a real estate investment and holding company. He is a full time real estate investor, as well as, the host of the New Jersey Real Estate Network and host of the Passive Cash Flow Podcast. Aaron has previously completed over 100 real estate transactions as a realtor and another 150 transactions in his current role as a real estate investor.

The Business Model: 

The core business operations create passive income streams for people by investing in undervalued NJ apartment buildings with access to NYC. The properties are evaluated and cherry-picked through a proprietary method of advanced marketing and financial techniques and strong relationships within the real estate community.


Investments are syndicated. A group of people invests as an LLC member, and PCG assumes the management and mortgage risk with the bank. 

Dozens of properties get evaluated each month to assess long-term profitability, risk and optimal returns for their clients. PCG's annual marketing budget to find deals is $120,000, which its clients are able to take advantage of.


















Business Acumen: 

PCG's reputation for sharp and aggressive business decisions keeps its 50-plus investors committed and re-investing. Every real estate deal has an exit strategy of 3-5 years, and every deal has a targeted return of at least 10%. Historically, 9 out of 10 PCG investors re-invest their capital at the end of each investment.

PCG only manages PCG properties. Seth and Aaron are hyper-vigilant and laser-focused on managed risk and profit for their clients. They currently manage more than 25 properties with more than 100 rental units. 


Business Reach: 

PCG maintains an active network of 10K-plus, including new and experienced real estate investors. It aims to help as many people as possible within the limited real estate opportunities it has available.
