In 2011 Seth relocated from NYC to New Jersey to begin a real estate investment company that specializes in helping people invest in real estate together. He currently manages a portfolio of 25+ million in Assets Under Management (AUM) and has helped more than 100 people invest in real estate.

Aaron has been in Real Estate for over 10 years and has transacted over 250 real estate deals. He is a well known name in the Real Estate investment industry throughout New Jersey, beginning his career as a realtor and transitioning to the investment side in 2013.
